- Many species, especially those from tropical or humid regions, depend on consistent moisture levels in their environment to stay healthy. Misting helps maintain proper humidity, preventing dehydration and its associated health problems.
- Certain reptiles, like chameleons and geckos, prefer to drink from water droplets on leaves and enclosure surfaces rather than from bowls.
- Invertebrates such as jumping spiders also thrive when they can sip tiny droplets from leaves.

Live animal shipping is highly specialized and requires specialty handling with heated/cooled and insulated boxes, as well as careful weather monitoring.
- Animals are shipped Priority Overnight for NEXT DAY arrival on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only for door-to-door service.
- Some rural zones may have exceptions.
- Live animals are NOT shipped like regular mail and require special agreements with qualified couriers.
- All Reptiles staff receive special packing training, ensuring climate-controlled transportation from start to finish.
- A signature is required upon arrival, so someone must be home to receive the shipment.
- Healthy arrival guarantees apply when the shipping process is followed correctly.
- We will contact you after purchase to arrange a safe ship date.

Personally my favorite reptile store. I don't typically buy any animals from pet shops but I do buy my feeders and reptile merchandise here. I like coming here mainly due to the staff. The girls that work there are always friendly and welcome my constant chatting. I like talking about the hobby as I keep so many reptiles. I have been to places that really don't have the time to talk. It's kept me coming back. The place is clean, stocked with tons of things we all need and really it's a great place all around to even just visit. Keep up the fantastic work all.
I ordered a Male Veiled Translucent Chameleon and 100 crickets from All Reptiles. Their packaging and Super fast shipping to Calgary are A+ top notch! Everything arrived alive and healthy and happy. Karen their reptile specialist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet reptile anywhere in Canada. He is already starting his first shed with me and growing fast.
We spent 2 hours with David, he was super helpful, purchased critter cage, natural materials for the space with a leopard gecko (molten lavender). 1000 live crickets and everything needed to get our new pet Queso set up. They also do boarding services, so no worries about a solution for our new friend if we go away. Our 11 year old daughter is so happy with the new addition to our family!

Every single one of our animals on our website are available for viewing and purchase in store during regular business hours. We are open to the public and all are welcome without notice!
Yes, all of our reptiles are checked for good health before being listed for sale. We ensure they’re eating well and displaying normal behaviour. They are checked again before shipping.
You’ll need an appropriate enclosure, heating, lighting, substrate and hides. Food is usually not needed until a few days later. Contact us if you need help setting up the perfect environment.
All animals come with a healthy arrival guarantee. Animals are shipped with Overnight Delivery wherever possible and using insulated boxes and heat/cool packs (as needed) to ensure safe transit. Shipping is scheduled on specific days to avoid delays and extreme weather. We also offer and highly recommend local depot pick up in your area but we can also ship directly to your home whenever safe to do so.
