• Animals are shipped Priority Overnight for NEXT DAY arrival on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only for door-to-door service.
• Some rural zones may have exceptions.
• Live animals are NOT shipped like regular mail and require special agreements with qualified couriers.
• All Reptiles staff receive special packing training, ensuring climate-controlled transportation from start to finish.
• A signature is required upon arrival, so someone must be home to receive the shipment.
• Healthy arrival guarantees apply when the shipping process is followed correctly.
