Age & Sex Preference: While we make every effort to procure animals of specific ages and sexes, we cannot guarantee these aspects due to the dynamic nature of animal sourcing. We prioritize offering animals to our customers as they become available, aiming to fulfill their requests to the best of our ability.

Flexibility is Key: We encourage our customers to remain flexible in their preferences, as it increases the likelihood of fulfilling their desires promptly. Our team is committed to meet your needs and preferences to the best of our ability.

For this reason, we do not take deposits for animals that do not have a confirmed arrival date. We are very diligent informing our waitlisted customers of the arrival of anticipated animals and we will contact you by email when the time comes.
