Absolutely! All the photos on our website are photos of the exact animal for sale unless otherwise stated in the description so you know exactly what to expect. Only about 5% of our photos are not exactly the ones you are purchasing, and it is indicated in the description.

Every single one of our animals on our website are available for viewing and purchase in store during regular business hours. We are open to the public and all are welcome without notice!

Yes, all of our reptiles are checked for good health before being listed for sale. We ensure they’re eating well and displaying normal behaviour. They are checked again before shipping.

You’ll need an appropriate enclosure, heating, lighting, substrate and hides. Food is usually not needed until a few days later. We provide free caresheet downloads for most of the animals that we sell. If you require assistance please come see us in person or send us an email with your questions and we will be happy to answer them for you.

All animals come with a healthy arrival guarantee. Animals are shipped with Overnight Delivery wherever possible and using insulated boxes and heat/cool packs (as needed) to ensure safe transit. Shipping is scheduled on specific days to avoid delays and extreme weather. We also offer and highly recommend local depot pick up in your area but we can also ship directly to your home whenever safe to do so.

We do not offer holds without payment. However, you're welcome to purchase any item through our website using the In Store Pick Up option. Once purchased, the item is considered sold and we’ll gladly hold it for you, allowing ample time for pickup.

For In Store Pick Up, we’re happy to hold an animal without payment until the end of the business day. This courtesy is offered to accommodate customers who are traveling from a distance or have a busy schedule, ensuring the animal remains available during their trip. All holds are lifted at the end of the day and no additional hold can be placed again if customer does not show up. These types of holds must be requested by a phone call, and not an email or through our website.

If you simply require time before you are ready to receive the animal and you do not want to lose out on the opportunity of a specific animal you like, you can purchase the animal on our website at which point it will be deemed as sold to you! Then we can hold for a reasonable amount of time before we ship or before you come for pick up.

We do not offer payment plans for products. However, we do offer payment plans for animals valued over $100.00.

To place an animal on payment plan, we require a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit. This serves as a mutual commitment from you as the buyer, and from us as the seller continuing to care for your pet while you prepare for pickup or finalize your setup.

Payment plans are ideally completed within 4 weeks, but if you need more time, we’re happy to work with you within reason. We do require that some form of regular payment, be made either weekly or bi-weekly.

We are closed for all Canadian statutory holidays. Our online store remains open all year round 24hrs/day and all orders and inquiries are viewed and processed the next operating business day.
