We strive to provide our customers with access to a diverse range of animals to enhance their experiences. That said, it's important to understand that animal acquisition is intricate, time-consuming, and subject to availability so we want to keep you informed about what to expect:

Availability: We work hard to offer a diverse selection of animals, but availability can depend on factors like breeding seasons, health considerations, and regulatory constraints. As such, the availability of specific species will vary over time and it is not uncommon for customers to wait over a year for certain species.

Age & Sex Preference: While we make every effort to procure animals of specific ages and sexes, we cannot guarantee these aspects due to the dynamic nature of animal sourcing. We prioritize offering animals to our customers as they become available, aiming to fulfill their requests to the best of our ability.

Flexibility is Key: We encourage our customers to remain flexible in their preferences, as it increases the likelihood of fulfilling their desires promptly. Our team is committed to meet your needs and preferences to the best of our ability.

Communication: We are dedicated to maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the animal acquisition process. For this reason, we do not take deposits for animals that do not have a confirmed arrival date. We are very diligent informing our waitlisted customers of the arrival of anticipated animals and we will contact you by email when the time comes.

Understanding: We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate the complexities of animal acquisition. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible service and we do everything we can to provide what you need within the limitations of animal acquisition.
