We accept cash, debit and credit (Visa & Mastercard). All sales are non refundable and return for exchange or store credit only. If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one for you. If you simply change your mind about the product, then please return it in its original condition and packaging and we will issue you an in-store credit that never expires for you to use on anything in the store. As we have had customers try to return products not purchased here, all exchanges must be brought back with original receipt. No exceptions.

Animal Guarantees Purchase of live animals has a health guarantee of 7 days from the day that you take your animal home. There are no guarantees for all amphibians and arachnids. These animals are extremely susceptible to stressful environments and we can not guarantee your terrarium environments at home. We urge you to fully inspect your purchase before taking anything home.
Unless otherwise indicated, all images of animals on the website are of the actual animal available. Please keep in mind that many reptiles will change shades of colour and patterns depending on a variety of reasons. We will never swap animals on you and you can confidently expect us to be honest with you. Sex is never guaranteed unless specifically indicated on the animal description. We have been doing this a long time and we will do our best to sex younger reptiles for you but sometimes we are wrong so we can not guarantee it.

Legalities
By purchasing an animal from All Reptiles, you are certifying that you know your local laws with respect to your purchase and you waive any and all claims against All Reptiles and hold All Reptiles harmless and indemnify All Reptiles from any and all liability, costs, exposure, and law suits as they pertain to your transaction with us.

Asking Us For Advice Over the years, we have developed a fantastic reputation for taking the time and sincerity to give our customers very detailed advice. We want you to have a happy and healthy relationship with all your pets but our advice is exactly what it sounds like, it is simply our ADVICE to you. Every condition of the animal, its habitat, and your home is different and although we will do our absolute best to guide you in the right direction, you as the owner are ultimately responsible for the well being of your pet. We trust you to make decisions based on your own research and experience supplemented by our advice to you.

Putting an Animal on Hold and Payment Plans
To put an animal on hold, a deposit of 25% of the total value of the animal is required with a minimum of $25. We provide payment plans for animals put on hold for a maximum of one month unless otherwise arranged. Any deposit(s) left for an animal is non-refundable but can be reused as a store credit. After one month, if the animal has not been picked up and no arrangement has been made for store credit, the deposit is deemed forfeited and is non refundable.

We have an excellent reputation for quality feeders and great inventory availability. Trust us in how we package your feeders for you to take home! We have been doing this a long time and have tested many methods, we know how to maximize the life of your feeders so please let us do so in our own way! We will always do our best to provide you with the best feeders at generous counts but once in a while you might not be 100% happy with your purchase. Please review our policies for how to handle feeder complaints.

The Bad Cricket Box
If you receive the occasional BAD BOX of crickets you must let us know right away! In every cricket box it is normal to have up to 5% of the crickets not happily jumping away, this is why our crickets will always come with a generous count. Please do not contact us if 5% or less of the box is unwell, this is why we give generous counts! If more than 5% is unwell then you must contact us the same day that you made your purchase. Email us at info@allreptiles.ca with a photo of what you received and we will credit you accordingly. If you do not contact us on the same day then your claim to the credit is lost.

Crickets In a Bag
You will waive any right to replacements if you make any of the following requests: No cardboard with the crickets, repackaging of crickets in plastic containers, making the cricket bag smaller. All of these requests will shorten the life expectancy of your crickets. How do I keep my feeders alive longer? Karen will be putting up advice on exactly this question in Karen’s Corner. ALL FEEDERS will be addressed individually. Please check it out!

Live Rodents
Our rodents are fed ultra high quality MAZURI RODENT CHOW. We will continue to provide our rodents the highest in quality food despite the ever rising price of food. We take great pride in our rodents and will never settle for lesser quality. All our rodents are pet grade rodents! AND YES, WE TAKE LIVE RODENTS BACK. If your snake does not eat your rodent, please do not release it into the outdoors! This does not benefit anybody! We will take it back with your receipt and issue you a credit for you to try again another time. If you need to keep it for a few days before returning it to us then please give it food, fresh water, and warmth.
You will waive any right to replacements and credits if you request for your rodent purchase to be put in a smaller box. We choose appropriate box sizes for your purchase because we know what your rodent(s) needs. If you want a smaller box, then we can no longer guarantee that you will arrive home with it healthy or with it still in the box.

Frozen Rodents
All our frozen rodents are put down with CO2. This is the ONLY method we use. We do not offer “fresh kill” or “stunning” services so please do not ask. We can not take back frozen rodents as we treat frozen rodents the same as frozen meats. Once it leaves the shop, it can not be resold to protect the quality of the feed and supply chain.

Please know that Visa Debit cards are not yet supported on our website. You must use a regular credit card. We also take EMT payment as well and if you require EMT payment please email us the products you want and we will get back to you quickly. 

You must specify the correct shipping address in your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if that is what you specified in your order. As with the same policy as in store purchases, all sales are non refundable and return for exchange or store credit only. We inspect each package before it gets shipped out. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can mail it back to us in its original condition and we will issue you a credit to use on our online store. If the item arrives to you damaged then please take 2-3 clear pictures of the damaged item and email the pictures to us at info@allreptiles.ca. After review of the photos, we will issue a verified refund.

Please know that Visa Debit cards are not yet supported on our website. You must use a regular credit card. We also take EMT payment as well and if you require EMT payment please email us the products you want and we will get back to you quickly.

At this time, we are working hard to perfect our shipping methods and we are not yet ready to ship live/frozen feeders. Although, we can ship most of our live animals. Live animal shipping is very specialized and requires specialty handling with heated and insulated boxes. They are also shipped Priority Overnight. These requirements are there to maximize the quality of your package as it makes its way across the country to you. We have worked very hard to bring down the cost of shipping live across Canada and we are very happy to announce that we can now offer reduced live shipping rates. Most live shipping across Canada is now between $50-$100 depending on location and size of order. We will offer free shipping on live orders over $800. If you are interested, then please email us the animal(s) you like and your shipping postal code and we will get back to you with an exact quote.

Live Feeder delivery is managed case by case in the GTA. If you are interested please email us with a rough idea of your order and we will email you back if we can do it. 

How come we can't ship feeders?

Feeder insects require climate controlled specialty handling and packaging at its highest standards. Feeders are even more senstive to shipping than live animals and it is very difficult to perfect its methods while keeping costs reasonable. The cost of packaging and shipping is often higher than the cost of the feeders and therefore it is often not worth the buyer the cost of shipping to buy our feeders online. We have looked at shipping options for feeders but have yet to find a viable option and this continues to be on our list of goals for our valued customers.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then All Reptiles stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
