Forked Fungus Beetle Colony

The Forked Fungus Beetle is a remarkable, long lived, and communal darkling beetle known to live up to 5 years in captivity. Adults are known to feign death when disturbed and exhibit sexual dimorphism. Their diet and breeding requirements consist of various species of shelf fungi. We offer shelf fungi available year round!

2 males and 2 females per culture with some fungi food.

Keep in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and lightly spray with water as needed, usually no more than once every 2 weeks. Do not let temperatures exceed 77F.
