Japanese Blue Ratsnake

The Japanese Ratsnake is a medium-sized, non-venomous snake native to Japan. It typically grows between 4 to 6 feet in length and has a sleek body with distinctive olive-green or grayish scales, often featuring four darker stripes running down its back. More and more of the blue colour is displayed in the skin as they get older and bigger with a stunning end result. They are found in forests, grasslands, and even urban areas, this snake is an agile climber and an excellent rodent hunter so we recommend an arboreal habitat for them.
