Jackson's Chameleon

A Jackson's chameleon is a medium-sized, arboreal lizard native to the forests of East Africa, particularly Kenya and Tanzania. Known for their vibrant green coloration, which can shift in response to mood or environment, these chameleons are easily recognized by the males' three prominent horns on their snout, resembling a miniature triceratops. They have independently rotating eyes, allowing them to scan their surroundings and target prey with precision, and a prehensile tail that aids in climbing. Known for their calm demeanor, they are popular in the pet trade but require specific care to thrive, including high humidity, UVB lighting, and a diet of live insects. This species is highly sensitive to their environments and should go to homes with a quiet environment. The age of this specific one is unknow but he is a full size male.
