The monkey-tailed skink is also known by several other names, such as the prehensiled tailed skink and the Solomon Island skink. Their namesake tail makes up about half of their total body length and they are able to use it like another limb. These skinks are herbivorous and very hard to come by in captivity. We are very lucky to have 2 of them right now! One is very curious and active and one is a lot shyer. They have lived together for some time and we would love them to go together so if you want them both we can offer a discount for both!
