In Southern Ontario and Urban Quebec, Express Post/Fedex Ground/UPS is usually sufficient. Everywhere else usually requires Fedex Express/UPS Express to get to you in time. Trichorhina tomentosa

Dwarf White isopods are tiny, soft-bodied isopods known for their bright white color and rapid reproduction. Highly valued in bioactive reptile and amphibian enclosures, they act as an efficient clean-up crew by consuming shed skin, feces, mold, and decaying plant matter, helping to maintain a healthy, low-odor environment. Their small size makes them especially useful for tanks housing small or delicate species, such as dart frogs, geckos, or invertebrates, where larger isopods might disturb the animals or be eaten. Because they burrow and stay mostly underground, they’re rarely seen on the surface, making them an unobtrusive yet essential part of a self sustaining ecosystem.

These isopods are very small sized and culture quickly. They need slightly damp environments but not wet. 

Each culture has approximately 30 mixed size isopods included, with food, and are considered a small sized isopod.
