At first glance, we assumed this was a normal classic male, but that changed quickly. Beyond his sweet temperament, this ball python is unusually dark with thick, uniform banding that almost forms bold stripes. The pattern has an Enchi-like feel, but given how dark he is, he’s certainly not an Enchi. His head is heavily pigmented, with jet black covering much of the top, suggesting possible Black Pastel influence mixed with something we can’t quite pinpoint. All of his striped banding have a light outline to them and there is a general brightening of the dorsal area that makes him look like he's glowing a bit at the right angle. Maybe you can help solve the mystery!

He’s a fully mature adult and on the smaller side for a male, sitting at around 1,500 grams and approximately 8 years old. If you’re looking for an established, steady sized adult with no surprises left in terms of growth, this guy is a perfect fit.
